Overview
A screw-retained full arch implant bridge is a monolithic or layered zirconia framework that is fixed directly to the implant platforms with screws. Retention comes from the implants, so the prosthesis needs no cement, which removes the most common cause of peri-implant inflammation.
Fabrication
We design the frame from your scan or from the model with the implant analogues in place, mill it in zirconia, and verify the fit on the master cast before sintering is signed off. Screw channels are positioned so they emerge in the occlusal surfaces and are sealed with composite after delivery.
What we need
Send the scan body scan or the impression with the analogues, the implant system and platform type, the gingival profile and the shade. For a Malo-protocol case tell us the protocol version, because the framework thickness and the emergence design differ between them.
